Happy Diet

App Origin
In 2015 just before Christmas I ended up sick and in the hospital. I was there for almost 2 weeks. The doctors had diagnosed that I was sick and dehydrated because my body was not digesting food properly. The major reason this was happening was because of stress and diet - too much work & coffee without enough sleep & exercise.

The doctors and dietitian recommended I start a food journal to keep track of my diet and how I felt each day. I started out with pen and paper but the Software Developer in me felt this would be a better suited job for a computer and an excellent app idea. So thats when I started working on the Happy Diet app. I have been using the app ever since and I have never felt better :)

Description
To know and understand what works best with you and your body can have a huge impact on your overall happiness. The main purpose of the Happy Diet app is to give an easy and simple way to keep track of your well-being. Knowing the source of how you feel can help you determine what works best for you. As you use the Happy Diet app you will develop a history of your best and worst days. This will allow you to better align goals to achieve a happy and more fulfilled lifestyle.
